CVNR, J CC 393/2016 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dt.17.11.2015 in W.P. No.28398 of 2015.

Though the petitioner has been continuously and consistently absent having filed the contempt case, the Court has taken upon itself the responsibility of ensuring the implementation of its order directing the removal of the unauthorized portions of the building. On the persistent efforts of the Court and after passing several orders, directing the officials of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) to take steps for removal of the building to the extent the constructions are made either unauthorizedly or in violation of the sanctioned plan, a final report has been filed by the Deputy Commissioner, Circle 9, GHMC, along with photographs which show that the whole building is razed to ground. As this Court is satisfied that order dt.17.11.2015 in W.P. No.28398 of 2015 is fully complied with, albeit under pressure of this Court, the Contempt Case is closed and the contemnors are discharged from the contempt proceedings. As a sequel to closure of the Contempt Case, Contempt Application Nos.240 and 360 of 2017 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
