Heard both sides and perused the material on record and there is nothing to interfere with the impugned order of the lower Court, but for liberty is available to the petitioners to ask the Court to decide as preliminary issues before deciding other issues in relation to the so called bar of the limitation and non-existence of cause of action to the suit claim as the case may be. Accordingly and in the result, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
