Counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dt.22.09.2016 before the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad For the State of Telangana and for the State of Andhra Pradesh stating that he has been instructed by his client to withdraw the Contempt Case as the respondents have complied with the order dt.01.04.2016 in WP.MP.No.12655 of 2016 in W.P.No.10014 of 2016. This request is also reiterated in the Court.

Recording the said submission, this Contempt Case Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. 3.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
