HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITON No. 42007 of 2018 O R D E R:
The alleged inaction on the part of the respondent No.3 in passing orders on the representation, dated 20.10.2018, said to have been submitted by petitioner is under challenge in the present writ petition. According to the petitioner, the police registered as many as three cases against him and all ended in acquittal. According to the petitioner, he made a representation dated 20.10.2018, to respondent authorities to close rowdy sheet against him, but, they did not take any action on it till date and the same is pending consideration.
In view of the above submission, this court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing respondent No.3 to consider the representation dated 20.10.2018 said to have been submitted by the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ Petition shall stand closed.
