This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the orders dated 17.09.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.2451 of 2016 in Crime No.63 of 2015 of P.S., Central Crime Station, Hyderabad, on the file of the Court of V Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge (Mahila Court), at Hyderabad.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Permission is granted.
