This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dt.08.2.2016 in W.P. No.3695 of 2016.

At the hearing Mr. P. Kesava Rao, learned counsel for the respondent, submitted that the aforementioned order has been complied with by the respondent by issuing an occupancy certificate. Mr. Y.
