This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order, dated 16.08.2017, passed in W.P.No.19758 of 2017. 2.

Initially, a counter-affidavit was filed by the respondents followed by another additional counter-affidavit and after perusing both counter-affidavits, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. 3.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present contempt case and accordingly, the contempt case is closed.
