From the consensus arrived, F.C.O.P.No.795 of 2017 pending on the file of the Judge, Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, is withdrawn and transferred to Judge, Family Court, Ongole of Prakasam District. Both parties are directed to appear before the Judge, Family Court, Ongole of Prakasam District, without expecting any notice on 18.12.2017 to give date, in the meantime, the Judge, Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, to transmit the record. 4.

Accordingly and in the result, the transfer C.M.P is allowed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
