Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondents have assured the petitioner to provide legal assistance in the enquiry pending against him subject to condition of withdrawing the writ petition and therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
