ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order, dated 16.12.2015, in WP.No.40232 of 2015. At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Endowments (TS) placed before the Court a copy of G.O.Rt.No.366, Law (LA&J - SC.C) Department, dated 01.06.2016, whereby it has constituted Endowments Tribunal by appointing the Chairman and a Member. The learned Government Pleader further submitted that the Tribunal has started functioning.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that with the constitution of the Endowments Tribunal, the grievance of the petitioners stood redressed.

In the light of the above facts, the contempt case is closed.
