JAISWAL CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.1174 of 2017 ORAL ORDER: (Per Suresh Kumar Kait,J) This appeal is directed against the order dated 15.09.2017 passed in I.A.No.122 of 2015 in O.S.No.30 of 2015 by the file of the III Additional District Judge, Tirupati.

At the request of the learned counsel for the parties, we dispose of the present appeal, by directing both the parties to maintain status quo with regard to the suit schedule property in O.S.No.30 of 2015 on the file of the III Additional District Judge, Tirupati, pending disposal of the suit. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the appeal stand closed. No order as to costs.
