HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.31029 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration appearing for 1st respondent and Smt. Pingali Lakshmi, learned counsel for 2nd respondent.

Petitioner contends that 30' wide road in L.P.No.31/80, Nakkalagutta, Hanmakonda, Warangal District is reduced to 20' width by 2nd respondent by encroaching the park area and compound wall has been constructed reducing the width of the road.

Learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent states, on instructions, that the officials of 2nd respondent have restored the road width to 30' by removing the compound wall. The petitioners' grievance is thus redressed.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of.
