This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the revision petitioners/ plaintiffs aggrieved by the order, dated 13.09.2017, passed in I.A.No.238 of 2017 in I.A.No.973 of 2016 in O.S.No.735 of 2008 by the Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kukatpally at Miyapur, Ranga Reddy District, wherein the Court below has dismissed the subject Interlocutory Application filed by the revision petitioners/ plaintiffs, under Order XLVII Rule 1 read with Section 114 C.P.C., requesting the Court below to review the order, dated 03.02.2017, passed in I.A.No.973 of 2016 in the subject Suit and allow I.A.No.973 of 2016 by granting leave to the revision petitioners/ plaintiffs to file rejoinder. 2 .

Heard learned counsel for the revision petitioners/ plaintiffs and perused the record.

There is no representation on behalf of the respondent/ defendant No.1.

It is pertinent to state that aggrieved by the order, dated 03.02.2017, passed in I.A.No.973 of 2016 in the subject Suit, the revision petitioners/ plaintiffs filed C.R.P.No.5417 of 2017 before this Court. The said C.R.P. was dismissed by this Court, today i.e., 10.12.2019. There is no legal infirmity in the impugned order. There are no circumstances to interfere with

Dr.SA,J C.R.P.No.5418 of 2017 the order impugned in the present Civil Revision Petition. The Civil Revision Petition is devoid of merit and is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
