Petitioner's grievance is that he had filed representation dt.12.02.2016 before the 3rd respondent alleging that the 4th respondent and his staff are interfering with his peaceful possession and enjoyment over the subject land and that the 3rd respondent had not considered the said representation till date.

2. The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the 3rd respondent will consider the petitioner's representation dt.12.02.2016 within a period of four

(04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

3. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dt.12.02.2016 within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
