This revision is filed by the petitioner/ respondent, aggrieved by the order dated 20.10.2017 in I.A.No.56 of 2017 in O.P.No.81 of 2017 passed by the Additional Family Court, Hyderabad.

Heard both sides.

The order of the lower Court in granting visiting rights to spend with the children no way requires interference, but for, to modify, to avoid differences and bickering between the parties in handing over and taking over, the said order instead of first Sunday and third Sunday to second Saturday and next working Sunday to handover before the Judge, Additional Family Court, Hyderabad, at 11.00 a.m. and take back by 4.30 p.m. In other respects the order of the lower Court holds good. If there is any difficulty in implementation, the parties are at liberty to approach the lower Court.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is partly allowed. 5.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No costs.
