HONOURABLE SRI J USTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 41570 OF 2017 ORDER:

Aggrieved by the action of respondents in harassing the petitioner and interfering with his business activities of serving flavoured Hookahs at his business center, the present Writ Petition is filed.

It is submitted by learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the subject matter of present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the decision of this Court in Writ Petition Nos. 3202 of 2014 and Batch, dated 21.07.2017.

Following the decision of this Court in Writ Petition No. 3202 of 2014 and Batch, dated 21.07.2017 and for the reasons stated therein, the present Writ Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
