HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5425 of 2017 ORDER : (Oral) Being aggrieved of not passing any order by the Endowments Tribunal, Amaravathi, in I.A.No.1045 of 2017 in O.A.No.541 of 2017, the present petition is filed.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents submits that the I.A. filed by the petitioner noted above, is pending for adjudication, therefore, at this stage, there is no cause of action for the petitioner to approach this Court.

Keeping in view the averments made in the instant petition and submissions of the counsel for the parties, I hereby direct the Endowments Tribunal, Amaravathi at Pedakakani, Guntur District, to dispose of I.A.No.1045 of 2017 in O.A.No.541 of 2017 within three weeks from the receipt of this order, by giving opportunity to both sides.

Revision petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
