HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD W.P.No.37018 of 2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.Praveen Kumar) At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by Sri Anil Kumar, learned counsel for the respondents, that the petitioner has got remedy of appeal under Rule 7(7) of National Legal Services Authority (Free and Competent Legal Services) Regulations, 2010.

In view of the above, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to approach appropriate authority under Rule 7(7) of National Legal Services Authority (Free and Competent Legal Services) Regulations, 2010. Giving liberty as sought for, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
