O R D E R
Aggrieved by the inaction of the 3rd respondent - Tahsildar, Veldanda Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District, in considering the application filed by the petitioners in Form VI-A of A. P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,1971, through Mee-seva and through A.P. Online on 04.06.2015, for mutation and their names in revenue records in respect of the subject property, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of the learned counsel, writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the above referred application stated to have been filed by the petitioner in Form VI-A of the Act through Meeseva and A.P. Online, in accordance with law, and take action accordingly, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
