Heard learned counsel for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader (Civil Supplies) for respondents. The petitioner challenges proceeding Rc.No.DICS/1123/2016, dated 30.07.2016, suspending the authorization of petitioner. The principal objection of petitioner is that the proceeding impugned in the writ petition is issued without conducting enquiry, as directed by this Court in G. DURGA SRINIVAS RAO v. STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH1 read with CCS.Memo.No.21/100/2015-AD1.PP-CCS dated 28.09.2015.
Without going into the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of by this order:
"Respondents are directed to complete the enquiry within eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Petitioner is granted liberty to communicate this order to respondents, within two weeks from today. If the enquiry is not completed as directed by this order, it shall be deemed that the proceeding, dated 30.07.2016, is suspended and respondent No.3 shall continue to supply essential commodities to petitioner."
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _____________ S. V. BHATT, J Dt:17.11.2016.
