This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for rectification of charges framed by the trial Court.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

Admittedly the petitioner has not filed any petition before the trial Court for amendment or rectification of the charges. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to raise all the grounds urged in the revision case before the trial Court.

With the above direction, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision case shall stand closed.
