HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.35873 of 2017 ORDER: (Oral) (Per Suresh Kumar Kait, J) Vide the present petition, petitioner seeks direction, thereby to direct the respondents to comply order dated 09.08.2016 passed in O.A.No.102 of 2015.

It is not in dispute that against the order passed by the Tribunal, respondents have filed W.P.No.40320 of 2016 in which interim order has been passed by this Court on 22.11.2016, which has been extended till further orders, vide order dated 06.02.2018. In that view of the matter, the present petition is dismissed being infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the petition, stand closed.
