The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the 4th respondent in laying the cement road illegally on the open place of the petitioner on Eastern side of the petitioner's house bearing Door No.2-27, situated at Vadarapalyam Village, Madakasira Mandal, Ananthapur District, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel for the Municipality, would submit that the Municipality is not laying any road through the subject property and not interfering with the subject property. It is further stated that any action is sought to be initiated, the same shall be done in accordance with law.

Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondentauthorities to follow due process of law in case any action is sought to be taken in respect of the subject property. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
