Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Dominic Fernandez, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of her grievance, petitioner herein submitted a representation on 18.03.2018 to respondent Nos.2 to 4 but no action has been taken so far. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, if any such representation is pending with respondent Nos.2 to 4 as on today, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken, strictly in accordance with law. Recording the above submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing respondent Nos.2 to 4 herein to verify the representation, dated 18.03.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action/pass appropriate orders, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
