THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.42124 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of her grievance, the petitioner herein submitted a representation, dated 18.03.2018, to the respondents, but no action has been taken so far.

Eventually, a request is made by to the learned Counsel for the petitioner that appropriate direction be given to the respondents for taking appropriate action on the representation submitted by the petitioner herein. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents No.2 to 4 that if any such representation is pending consideration before the respondents, the same will be verified and appropriate orders will be passed, as per law.

Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Nos.2 to 4, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to verify the representation, dated 18.03.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate Orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
