HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.42144 of 2018 ORDER:
The case of the petitioners is that the petitioners filed appeal before the 2nd respondent against the proceedings No.C/1556/2018, dated 12.09.2018, passed by the 3rd respondent along with stay petition. But, no orders are passed on the same till date. Meanwhile, Status quo order granted for a period of four weeks, by this Court in WP.No.35113/2018 filed by the petitioners herein, expired. But, the appellate authority has not passed any orders in the appeal as well as stay petition. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed.
Heard both sides.
In view of the facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioners in accordance with law after issuing notice to the petitioners and respondents. Till disposal of the appeal, Status quo, regarding possession of the subject land shall be maintained. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
