THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI CONTEMPT CASE No.1674 OF 2016 ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, alleging wilful disobedience of the order, dated 10.03.2016, passed in W.P.No.23155 of 2012 of this Court.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.
Petitioners herein filed the main writ petition questioning the action of respondent Nos.1 to 4 in the writ petition in not approving their grant-in-aid posts. This Court, by way of an order, dated 10.03.2016, disposed of the said writ petition and the operative portion of the said order reads as under: "Recording the said submission and having regard to the nature of controversy, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the matter and entitlement of the petitioner, directing the official respondents to take appropriate action on the letter, dated 03.08.2012 said to have been addressed by the 4th respondent to the official respondents, in accordance with law, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

A counter-affidavit is filed by the District Educational Officer, Krishna, Machilipatnam enclosing the proceedings of the District Educational Officer, Krishna, Machilipatnam vide L.Dis.No.SPI/CASE/D5/2016, dated 28.07.2016. By virtue of the said proceedings, the District Educational Officer turned down the request of the petitioners.

Today, when the matter is taken up, learned Government Pleader for School Education (A.P.) appearing for the respondents has placed on record an order passed by the Regional Joint Director of School Education, Kakinada vide proceedings in Rc.No.3431/A1/2012, dated 09.01.2017, refusing to grant approval in favour of the petitioners herein. 6.
In view of the above reasons, and the orders passed by the authorities referred to supra, this Contempt Case is closed, giving liberty to the petitioners herein to assail the orders of rejection if they are aggrieved by the same and if they are advised to do so. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
