HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT APPEAL No.1729 of 2017 JUDGMENT: (Oral) (Per Suresh Kumar Kait, J) Vide the present appeal, the appellant-in-person has challenged order dated 29.06.2017 passed in Review WPMP No.9327 of 2017 in W.P.No.35428 of 2016 by the learned single Judge.

We note, in W.P.No.35428 of 2016, the appellant herein has challenged the promotions effected from 2013 to 2015; however has not made affected persons as parties to the writ petition. The learned single Judge has disposed of the said writ petition directing respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of the appeals of the appellant herein dated 23.01.2016 in accordance with law within a period of 8 weeks. Being aggrieved, appellant herein filed Review WPMP No.9327 of 2017, challenging that since the order passed by the respondents is illegal, therefore, affected persons are not required to be impleaded as parties to the writ petition, which is rejected by the learned single Judge. We do not agree with the contentions raised by the appellant-in-person and find no ground to interfere with the order dated 29.06.2017 passed in Review WPMP No.9327 of 2017 by the learned single Judge. Writ appeal is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the writ petition, stand closed.
