HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.4 2 1 9 7 / 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - Proceedings bearing M.C.No.53 of 2018, dated 29.10.2018, issued under Section 145 Cr.P.C., promulgating the prohibitory orders by the Mandal Executive Magistrate & Tahsildar, Krishnagiri Mandal, are under challenge in the present Writ Petition.

Since the petitioners herein have alternative remedy under Section 397 Cr.P.C., against the impugned Order, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition. However, it is open for the petitioners herein to avail the said remedy. With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
