This civil revision petition is filed against the order dated 24.10.2018 in E.A.No.43 of 2018 in E.P.No.5 of 2017 in O.S.No.184 of 1992 on the file of the Court of I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Chittoor. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners challenge the order passed in the E.A.No.43 of 2018, the civil revision petition may be disposed of with a direction to dispose of the E.P.No.5 of 2017 within certain time frame.

In view the same, this Court is not going into the validity of the impugned order, since the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the civil revision petition may be disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the E.P.No.5 of 2017.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the E.P.No.5 of 2017 within a period of six months from the date of this order. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
