Radhakrishnan) As is discernible from paragraph No.3 of the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition, the subject matter of the proceedings ultimately relate to the eligibility of any particular person or group of persons to represent the Andhra Pradesh (Residuary/Parallel) Olympic Association.

We are therefore of the view that this matter needs to be transferred to the High Court of Andhra Pradesh in terms of the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act, 2014. 3.

Hence, the Writ Petition is closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
