The petitioners are students studying B.Sc Nursing Course in the 3rd respondent-College. When the 1st respondent issued a communication on 24.08.2017, the 3rd respondent approached this Court by filing W.P.No.34226 of 2017 and the same was dismissed on 12.10.2017.

The present writ petitioners are students of the 3rd respondentCollege. In view of dismissal of the said writ petition filed by the College, no relief can be granted to the petitioners as no separate circumstances other than the said writ petition exist. Following the said order dated 12.10.2017 in WP No.34226 of 2017, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
