This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed by the petitioners/accused with the following relief :

" The learned Judge reasoning is totally based on surmises and conjectures.

For all the above grounds and the other grounds that may be urged at the time of arguments, this Appellant/accused prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to set aside the Orders passed on 20.06.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.916 of 2016 in Crl.Appeal No.535 of 2016 on the file of Hon'ble Special Judge for Trial of offences under SCs and STs(PoA) Act-cum-VI Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge at Secunderabad". Sri K. Koteswara Rao, Advocate, representing Sri I. Gopal Reddy, learned counsel for R.2, made an endorsement on the back of the petition reporting no objection to grant the prayer sought for in para No.12 of the Petition.

In view of no objection reported and endorsed by the learned counsel for R.2, this Petition is disposed of granting relief as sought for in para No.12 of the Petition.

Crl.P.No.9182 of 2016 MSM,J Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
