This revision arises out of judgment, dated 01.10.2018 passed in Crl.M.P.No.397 of 2018 in C.C.No.628 of 2011 by the X Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material on record.

The revision petitioner is A2 in C.C.No.628 of 2011. The petitioner has filed Crl.M.P.No.397 of 2018 under Section 239 Cr.P.C. for his discharge from the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 IPC.

The trial Court on consideration of material on record, has come to a conclusion that there is prima facie case against the petitioner-A2 and dismissed the discharge petition.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the judgment of the trial Court, this Court is not inclined to discharge the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. However, since the offence is of the year 2004 and F.I.R. was registered in the year 2006 and since the C.C. is of the year 2011, the trial Court is directed to dispose of C.C. No.628 of 2011 within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
