Aggrieved by the inaction of 3rd and 4th respondents in considering the application filed by the petitioner in Form VI-A of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 on 06.06.2018, for mutation and for issuance of title deed cum pass book in respect of the subject property, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.3 and 4 to dispose of the above referred application stated to have been filed by the petitioner in Form VI-A of the Act, in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take action accordingly. No order as to costs.
