2018-11-22A.Rajasheker Reddy1 pages

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NO.42096 OF 2018

O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioners is that though the pattas granted in their favour in respect of the subject lands, are in force, and that they are in possession by virtue of the said pattas, the respondents are seeking to evict them without following the due procedure under law. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, denied the allegation of the petitioners and submitted that if at all the subject land is required by the Government for public purpose, due procedure under law would be followed.

Recording the above submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to evict the petitioners from the subject land, without following the due process of law.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
