THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.18664 OF 2016 ORDER:

When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that he received instructions to seek permission for withdrawal of the Writ Petition and withdraw the Writ Petition, however, reserving liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition on the same cause of action for the same relief, if necessary. Learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation and learned counsel for respondent No.4 are present. Recording the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn reserving liberty as sought for.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
