HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.No.1 of 2018 IN/AND Crl.P.No.12457 of 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner/accused and the 1st respondent-defacto complainant are present along with their respective counsels. I.A.No.1 of 2018 is filed by them to compound the offences against the accused in S.C.No.217 of 2012 on the file of learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Narasapuram, West Godavari District, which is outcome of crime No.92 of 2011 of Palakol Town Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 406, 307 & 506 IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace and terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.No.1 of 2018 is allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings against the accused in S.C.No.217 of 2012 on the file of learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Narasapuram, West Godavari District, are hereby quashed, accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, stands cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
