This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not conducting survey and demarcating petitioner's land in an extent of Ac.2-00 cents in Sy No.2430 of Tatiparthipalem Village, Venkatachalam Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, though the application was made on 30.09.2015 through mee seva by paying necessary fee, as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the present writ petition is covered by the judgment in W.P.No.6690 of 2016 dated and the same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

For the reasons alike, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the said order. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.

A copy of the order in W.P.No.6690 of 2016 dated 03.03.2016 is to be annexed to this order.
