HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.2 & 3 of 2018 IN/AND Crl.P.No.12460 of 2018 ORDER:

I.A.No.3 of 2018 is filed to permit the 1st petitioner/R1 to represent petitioner Nos.2 & 3/R2 & R3 as GPA holder from the GPA filed. Hence I.A.No.3 of 2018 is allowed. The petitioners/respondent Nos.1 to and the 1st respondent-complainant are present along with their respective counsels.

I.A.No.2 of 2018 is filed by them to compound the offences against the petitioners in D.V.C.No.6 of 2015 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Palakol, West Godavari District, by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace and terms of the compromise was also appended. In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.No.2 of 2018 is allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioners in D.V.C.No.6 of 2015 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Palakol, West Godavari District, are hereby quashed, accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, stands cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
