Hasnavath Harilal v. The State Of Telangana
HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.42708 of 2016 ORDER:
This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed seeking to declare the action of the 4th respondent in interfering with day to day business of the petitioners basing on F.I.R.No.231 of 2016, dated 06.10.2016 on the file of 4th respondent, registered against the petitioners, basing on the complaint of the 5th respondent, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, direct respondents 1 to 4 not to arrest the petitioners in connection with aforesaid crime. 2.
Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.
The main grievance of the petitioners is that basing on the alleged complaint of the 5th respondent, the 4th respondent in collusion with the 5th respondent, is pressurizing the petitioners for arrest.
4.
Considering the grievance of the petitioners, the 4th respondent is directed to complete the investigation in F.I.R.No.231 of 2016, as expeditiously as possible and file a final report, if any, either way in accordance with law, without arresting the petitioners.
7.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________ RAJA ELANGO, J December 08, 2016.
