Learned Standing Counsel for the 4th respondent -university submitted proceedings dated 27-10-2017 saying that affiliation was granted to the 5th respondent-College subject to conditions and the petitioner wants to question the same.

In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the above said proceedings. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
