UMA DEVI WRI T PETI TI ON No.35947 of 2017 ORDER: (per Justice Sanjay Kumar) Ms.Ajitha, learned counsel representing Mr.D.Raghavulu, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.Y.N.Vivekananda, learned counsel for the Andhra Pradesh State Financial Corporation, would inform this Court that the auction proposed to be held on 30.10.2017 pursuant to the impugned sale notice dated 29.09.2017 did not materialize for want of bidders.

In that view of the matter, challenge to the impugned sale notice dated 29.09.2017 is rendered purely academic and does not warrant consideration on merits.

On this short ground, the writ petition is dismissed leaving all issues open.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
