Petitioner challenges proceeding No.3399/ 14-B1 (Panchayat Department) dated 08.08.2016 and also dated 17.07.2015 as illegal and contrary to A.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1994. 2.

On 31.10.2016, at request of learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 4, the writ petition has been adjourned to today for getting instructions in the matter. 3.

On instructions from the District Panchayat Officer, Suryapet District/ third respondent, a statement is made that case pending with the third respondent will be considered in accordance with law and disposed of within fifteen days from today.

The statement is placed on record and accordingly, the third respondent is directed to pass orders within fifteen (15) days from today.

The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
