This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to regularize his plot No.114, Sy.No.66/2 situated in Raidurg Navkhalsas village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. 2.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

It is the case of the petitioner that he has complied with all the conditions required under the Layout Regularization Scheme for the regularization of his plot No.114 in Sy.No.66/2, Raidurg Navkhalsas village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. In spite of the same, the respondents have not regularized the petitioner's plot. But, the respondents regularized the others' plots in Sy.No.66/2 Raidurg Navkhalsas, Serilingampally.

When this matter has come up for hearing, Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, submitted that the respondents will consider the application of the petitioner for regularization of his plot and pass appropriate orders, within a period of eight weeks.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to application of the petitioner for regularization of the subject plot, and pass appropriate orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
