Learned Public Prosecutor submits that police already filed charge sheet and numbered as C.C.No.230 of 2018 dated 31.05.2018 by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Luxettipet which is prior to filing of the quash petition dated 20.11.2018. Hence, Criminal Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to impugn the police final report with Part-II case diary.
