With the above observation, this civil revision petition is disposed of, if at all in O.S.No.1280 of 2009 the document original where filed if duly impounded and admitted for any collateral purpose for want of registration on payment of stamp duty either before court or before the District Registrar, then to substitute a copy of it and cause sent for the original or a certified copy to exhibit in this matter. 3.

Accordingly, this civil revision petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. There shall be no order as to costs.
