HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5447 of 2017 ORDER :

The Civil Revision Petition is filed aggrieved by the order dated 04.09.2017 in O.S.No.1280 of 2009 on the file of the VI Additional Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad. Heard both sides at length and perused the impugned order, but for, to say, the marking subject to objection of the unregistered documents of the objection besides admissibility, relevancy and proof, the purpose contemplated by the third part of proviso of Section 49 of the Registration Act of collateral purpose is existing or not also to be directed to be endorsed in the objection by the trial Court to decide, by virtue of this order, during trial, but for that there is nothing to interfere with the impugned order, by left open all defences.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
