Heard.
The present writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioner prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an order, writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents, especially respondent Nos.4 and 5 in trying to evict her from the land to an extent of Ac.1.77 cents in Survey No.337/2, Navalluru (Hamlet) of Bheethapudi Village, Mangalagiri Mandal, Guntur District, without issuing any notice, under any Act or acquiring the land under the right of fair compensation and transparency in land acquisition, rehabilitation and resettlement Act, 2013 as illegal, arbitrary, violative of principles of natural justice and Article 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently desist the respondents from acting highhandedly and illegally in respect of the land stated supra and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."
Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents not to dispossess or evict the petitioner, without following due process of law.
Learned Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that no action will be initiated, without following due process of law.
Recording the said submissions, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to evict the petitioner
from the land admeasuring Ac.1.77 cents in Survey No.337/2, Navalluru (H) of Bheethapudi Village, Mangalagiri Mandal, Guntur District, without following due process of law.
