The learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of the court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal. Permission is accorded.

In the result, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand dismissed.
